Our extended school day, week, and year enable our students to spend approximately 60 percent more time in the classroom than their peers in traditional public schools. The dedicated support of the KIPP SoCal “Team and Family” gives all students the opportunity to excel. KIPP schools nationwide

have been widely recognized for narrowing the achievement gap in public education and offering all children a high-quality public education. Nationally, more than 90 percent of KIPP middle school students have gone on to college-preparatory high schools, and more than 80 percent of KIPP alumni have gone on to college.

As we celebrated 20 years of student creativity, storytelling, and community, hundreds of students, families, alumni, educators, sponsors, and supporters came together for our most successful Museum of KIPP Art yet.

From incredible student artwork to honoring 2026 Artful Impact Award recipient Charity Neal, MOKA 20 was a powerful reminder of what happens when young people are given the opportunity to express themselves and share their stories.

Together, we raised more than $207,000—the highest amount in MOKA history—to support arts education, mental health resources, and enriching learning experiences for KIPP SoCal students.
