BEHIND THE SCENES: During today’s tornado warning, our team tracked radar and storm reports, monitored siren function, coordinated with partner agencies, and pushed updates through alerts and social media.

Every minute matters in severe weather, and keeping the public informed is a critical part of our work.

Now that the warning has passed, our work continues with post-warning siren checks, storm damage assessments, and coordination with the National Weather Service to confirm details and maintain situational awareness.
