Do you ever wonder how to get a copy of your DD-214?

Your DD-214 is an important document that will be needed when applying for veterans benefits, services, or programs. If yours has been lost, damaged, or you simply need another copy, there are resources available to help.

Start here:

Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency DD-214 Information
https://www.michigan.gov/mvaa/forms/dd-214-form

You can also request military records through the US National Archives:
https://vetrecs.archives.gov/s/

Keeping a copy of your DD-214 somewhere safe and accessible can make it easier when you need to verify your military service or apply for benefits.

Please feel free to share this information with a veteran who may need it!
