Many of our members may remember Nate from his time here at the CCBA, where he worked the front desk and taught fitness classes. It's wonderful to see him continue to serve our community in such a positive way.

Join us! In recognition of May as Mental Health Awareness Month, today the staff at the CCBA enjoyed a calming and restorative meditation class offered FREE to the public every Monday in May from 12:00–12:30 PM (except, Monday, 5/25).
Led by instructor Adam Steinberg, each session features guided meditation and practical mindfulness teachings designed to help participants recharge and refocus during the day.
We invite the community to join us in taking a moment for mental wellness and self-care this month. 💙

☺️ The CCBA is offering FREE Meditation classes on Mondays at noon in support of Mental Health Awareness Month & our community at large. No advance sign-up necessary.
