Do you need some new Spirit Wear for the upcoming school year that is fast approaching?

Come out Monday, August 24th from 2-3:30 to buy some new digs! We will be featuring shirts with two new logo designs to round out your existing collection.

Also, we’ll have a table for you to sign up or renew your PTA membership and learn more about our upcoming programs.

Come at 2pm, get some new shirts and say hi to the PTA! At 4pm, we will be having our TK/Kinder Kick off where you can meet other families, reunite with friends and swap summer stories. See you soon!

We're a little over a week away from the first day of school, and we have several events coming up!

First off, Monday, August 24th, from 2 - 3:30pm we will be having a Sprit Wear Sale as well as an opportunity to buy your PTA membership or learn how to renew it. Following this, we will be hosting the TK/Kinder Kick Off event from 4:00 - 5:30pm in front of the school.

Then Tuesday, August 25th is the first day of school! This is a district minimum day and all grades will be dismissed at 1pm.

On Friday, August 28th, the PTA will be hosting the Popsicle Social after school at 2:05pm.

Finally after settling in after the first two weeks of school, we'll be cruising into Labor Day Weekend, and there is no school September 7th.

Can't wait to see everyone's shining faces soon, catch up on everyone's summer break stories and gear up for a great school year ahead!

We can't believe summer is nearly winding down, but we're super excited to welcome our new TK students and families to Kettering this year! Join us on Monday, August 24th from 4-5:30pm for the TK/Kinder Kick-off event! Come by and have a popsicle, meet fellow incoming TK students, and say hello to our new class of kindergarteners!

School is out for the summer, but we wanted to give a shout out and thank you to our outgoing PTA board members, the recipients of our volunteer award nominations and well wishes to two of our dedicated teachers that are retiring this year.

Thank you so much for your dedication, commitment and all the heart you put into our school and students! We are so grateful for you!

Because of this incredible community, we raised $87,460 this school year for our students.

Thank you to every family who volunteered, attended events, donated, sponsored, shared and showed up. Whether you gave your time, your resources, or simply your enthusiasm, you helped make this possible.

This support helps fund a lot of the great programs Kettering has to offer:

📚 Enrichment programs like A/R Reading, IXL, and Ground Education

🔬 STEM & Innovation opportunities including Makerspace, Robotics, Science Fair and Financial Literacy Programs

🎨 Reading, Arts & Music programs such as Art at Your Fingertips, Music Enrichment, Read Across America, the Author’s Festival and the Book Fair

🎭 Community-building traditions including Family Nights, Variety Show, Trunk or Treat, Kids Around the World and DEI activities

🚌 Grade-level experiences like field trips, assemblies, on-campus educational shows, and TK/Kinder activities

🏃 Health & Wellness programs including Healthy Lifestyle Week, the Nurse’s Fund and Running Club

🍎 Staff Appreciation efforts that celebrate the teachers, administrators and volunteers who make Kettering special

🌳 Campus Care initiatives including beautification projects, school supplies, special projects and support for our Parent Center
