Since January, the LCM Food Box has given food to 11,808 people. For these families, putting food on the table is a daily challenge. A box of groceries from the Food Box means more than a meal — it means relief, hope, and knowing that someone cares.
Today is National Food Bank Day - thank you to everyone who has and will support the work of LCM! Here are a few ways everyone can help:
🥫 Donate food — Consider picking up a few extra items on your next grocery trip and donating them to the Food Box
💵 Give financially — Every donation helps us provide food and serve more of our neighbors in need.
🤝 Volunteer your time — Help us sort donations, stock shelves, prepare food boxes and serve our clients.
📣 Share our mission — Tell your friends, family, church, civic group or workplace about Longview Community Ministries and the difference they can make.
When our community comes together, we can make sure our neighbors don't have to face hunger alone. Food banks help turn kindness into meals and we are grateful for everyone who is working with LCM to serve with love!
