Meet Crystal A2074633 and Tigre A2257890
Crystal is a 10-year-old spayed female weighing 84 lbs. Crystal is a super sweet girl with a calm and gentle demeanor. She’s done well in playgroups with other dogs at the shelter, but prefers humans and affection over playtime.
Tigre is a 2-year-old neutered male weighing 99 lbs. Tigre is an energetic boy who loves to play fetch, craves attention and affection, sits for a treat, and loves to play with other dogs!
Both dogs are available for adoption or fostering at our East Valley Animal Services Center.
LA Animal Services will offer special fee adoption weekends throughout June to help the pets in our six Centers find loving homes. Like many shelters across the country, the Department is facing high intake numbers of cats and dogs, with medium and large-sized dogs making up the majority of the pet population.
Furry friends adopted from LA Animal Services join their new families already spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adopters also receive a Petco flyer with discounts to help make their pet adoption a success, and a VCA Healthy Start Certificate, which provides up to $250 of follow up veterinary care within the first 14 days of adoption. In addition, dogs are eligible for free dog training classes with Paws for Life K9 Rescue at their People & Pet Innovation Center in Mission Hills, CA. The six LA Animal Services Centers are open Tuesday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 5pm. Centers are closed Mondays and City-observed holidays. For more information about LA Animal Services, visit: laanimalservices.com.
