Congrats to the City of Palmdale, winner of the 2020 S**G Sustainability Award for Housing Innovation! Their Courson Arts Colony project is the culmination of a decades-long plan to revitalize the civic center: 159 affordable housing units focused on cultivating and promoting the arts, and 60 permanent supportive housing apartments.
Congrats to the City of Long Beach on winning the 2020 S**G Sustainability Award for outstanding land use planning! Their updated General Plan improves mobility choices, improves air quality, addresses LBC's major housing needs and creates vibrant places for residents to enjoy.

on winning a 2020 S**G Sustainability Award for excellence in clean cities work! Their zero-emission multiple unit (ZEMU) initiative is a big steps toward clean, sustainable transportation in the San Bernardino Valley.

Back-to-School Traffic Safety with Go Human
To raise awareness about the need for traffic safety during back-to-school season, S**G and the Go Human team were joined by parents, children and Culver City leaders for a special press conference at La Ballona Elementary School on Monday. Students participated in a bicycle helmet fitting and safe pedestrian crossing demonstration across Washington Boulevard. Check it out! 🚸🚶🏃🚴
