MYSTERY IS DEEPENING OVER THE ALLEGED U.K. TERROR INCIDENT AT RAF FAIRFORD AFTER POLICE RELEASED ALL FIVE SUSPECTS WITHOUT CHARGE.

Just days after counter-terrorism police declared a major incident and evacuated 85 homes near the U.S. bomber base, authorities have released all detained men unconditionally.

The Supreme Court just ruled that Donald Trump can deport migrants to countries they have never set foot in — without giving them notice or a chance to prove they will face torture there.

The vote was 6-3 along ideological lines.

The ruling lifts a Boston federal judge's order that had required the Trump administration to give migrants notice and a meaningful chance to raise claims of persecution or torture before being sent to a third country.

The Trump administration has already used the policy to deport people to:

South Sudan, a country the U.S. State Department warns Americans not to visit due to crime, kidnapping, and armed conflict.

Uganda. Equatorial Guinea. Liberia. Central African Republic. Guyana.

Approximately 25,000 people have been sent to more than two dozen countries under agreements that Reuters describes as "often secret."

The Justice Department told the Supreme Court that a lower court's ruling had forced the cancellation of a deportation flight carrying roughly 70 people to three third countries.

Justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson dissented.

This is the third time in the same case that the Supreme Court has sided with the Trump administration against immigration groups and lower court judges. Full oral arguments are scheduled for December.

The administration has argued that if a foreign country tells Marco Rubio's State Department it will not persecute or torture a deportee, that assurance alone should be sufficient. No independent verification. No hearing. No due process.

The Court just agreed.

Itamar Ben-Gvir — Israel's far-right national security minister — led more than 1,200 Israelis into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem on Monday under heavy police protection.

Israeli authorities forced Palestinian shopkeepers to close their businesses and residents to stay inside their homes in areas near the mosque so Jewish prayers could take place.

Ben-Gvir's exact words inside Al-Aqsa:

"We are the owners of the place in Al-Aqsa and in the prisons, and we have turned the lives of terrorist prisoners into hell. The people of Israel are on the path to absolute victory."

Palestinian presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh called it "playing with fire and a dangerous provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world" — warning it could spark a religious war.

The three news organizations asked U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly Monday to issue a permanent preliminary injunction blocking Trump's White House press ban — warning that without it, the administration "will immediately reinstate a complete ban" the moment the current 14-day restraining order expires on October 8.

Their court filing laid out the full picture:

• Trump banned them September 18 — saying they report "FICTION and LIES"
• Every other official says the ban is about national security — contradicting Trump's own words
• The judge already found the ban likely violated the First Amendment
• Trump banned CNN from Air Force One the day after the judge ordered access restored
• AG Todd Blanche went on ABC Sunday and called negative news coverage a "national security threat"
