His gentle heart and steady presence make him a true model of what great teaching looks like. He approaches each day with curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn and embrace the craziness of middle school life—something that is truly unmatched. He creates a space where students feel seen, heard, and valued, and where colleagues know they can turn to him for encouragement or guidance. Whether it’s offering a thoughtful perspective, stepping in to help, or simply bringing a calm presence to a busy day, Dr. Trindade consistently goes above and beyond.
