Academies of Louisville

Thank you, University of Louisville, for hosting our Academy Ambassador training this week!

Three of our former Academies of Louisville ambassadors—who are now current UofL students—took time out of their day to share how their AofL experience prepared them for life on a college campus:
🩺 Lala Zehner (Seneca) entered her freshman year with a clear line of sight to a career in healthcare.
⚙️ Lauren Duffy (JTown) is thriving at Speed School on a path to become an engineer.
🎥 Lillie Gernert (Waggener) is leveraging her Wildcat experience as she trains for a career in sports media.

As Lala shared, affordability, choice of majors, and belonging on campus were all top priorities when making her college decision, and she found all three as a Cardinal!

Thank you, UofL, not only for hosting our students for two days, but for giving our graduates a place to thrive, lead, and belong!
