The Mentors Project and Friends will begin the Summer Feeding Program on June 30th.
Snacks, lunch meat, peanut butter and jelly are needed.
Please, message me if you would like to donate food or deliver meals. Our goal is to feed 500 children per week. Thank you and please share.

As the school year winds down, I’ve witnessed firsthand how one person’s time and encouragement can light up a student’s world and how much more we can achieve when our community comes together.

That’s why I, representing the The Mentor's Project of Bibb County, am launching the 99+Me Initiative: an ambitious drive to recruit 100 caring adults, JUST LIKE YOU, into a shared mentor database. By giving just one hour a week, you’ll join a powerful network of volunteers ready to guide, inspire, and uplift our young people.

What Is 99+Me?

99+Me is more than a program; it’s a community of mentors pooling resources across schools and organizations to create seamless support for every student. Once you sign up, your name joins our vetted database, where local nonprofits, schools, and youth groups can match you with mentees based on your passions and availability. Whether you choose one-on-one conversations, career coaching, group workshops, or hands-on projects, you decide how-and when-you want to make a difference.

Why One Hour Matters

An hour a week isn’t much on your calendar but for a student, it can be life-changing. That small investment can:
⚡️Spark confidence in a child who’s doubting their own potential
⚡️Expose curious minds to careers and colleges they never imagined
⚡️Build critical soft skills like communication, teamwork, and resilience
