A National Spotlight for Three Maine Communities πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

It is an incredible honor to see three Maine communities represented on a national stage through the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).

Serving as a Town Manager is about far more than managing the day-to-day operations of a municipality. It is about representing the people, values, challenges, and opportunities of the communities we serve and showing that great things are happening in small towns across Maine.

Having three towns represented by one Town Manager on a national ICMA platform is a proud moment. It shines a light on the strength of small-town government, the importance of collaboration, and the innovative work being done every day at the local level.

I am incredibly proud to represent these three communities and grateful for the opportunity to share their stories, their successes, and the unique perspective that small-town management brings to the profession.

Small towns may be small in population, but our impact, ideas, and commitment to public service are anything but small.

What an honor to bring a little piece of Maine and three very special communities to the national conversation. πŸ’™
