When two fires closed the legendary Rhodes Ave location for 18 months, CEO Randy Hough knew he had to rebuild. With over 60 years of memories packed into those walls, giving up was never an option.

Now, the oldest operating Tops in the entire chain has officially stood the test of time and reopened its doors! 🛠️✨

Our Business Services Team at the Greater Memphis Workforce Development Board was thrilled to attend the official ribbon cutting to celebrate this incredible milestone with the Tops family and our local community.

They’ve carefully preserved the original brickwork and classic flooring that generations of families grew up on, while giving the space the modern upgrade it deserves to serve Memphis for another 60+ years.
