Andrew Roberts has been a highly dedicated member of the department since the day he joined. He is always eager to learn and continuously works to expand his knowledge and skills in every aspect of the fire service. His commitment to training and personal growth has made him a valuable asset to the department. Andrew serves alongside his brother, Timothy Roberts, and together they have contributed greatly to our team.

Outside of the department, Andrew is a proud father of three children and works at Honda as a Data Analyst/Systems Engineer. In his free time, he enjoys playing music and is actively involved in his church. His dedication to his family, faith, career, and the fire service reflects the strong work ethic, character, and servant-hearted attitude he brings to everything he does.

Members of the Metamora Volunteer Fire Department traveled to the Brookville Volunteer Fire Department Training Center to participate in hands-on training focused on interior fire attack, search operations, and roof ventilation techniques. We were also glad to have a few of our neighboring firefighters from Cedar Grove Volunteer Fire Department come out and train alongside us. Trainings like these continue to strengthen teamwork, communication, and fireground skills so we can better serve our communities and support all surrounding departments when called upon.

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight and helped make the training a success. We appreciate the continued dedication, effort, and commitment to improving together.
