The Larkin Township Clerk’s office will be open Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday, May 4, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to receive in-person requests for absentee ballots, allow in-person absentee ballot voting, register new voters, and assist voters with questions.
Voters are reminded to return their completed absentee ballots to the Larkin Township Clerk’s office as soon as possible. Completed absentee ballots must be received by the Clerk’s office by 8 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in order to be counted.
Larkin voters can return their completed absentee ballot by:
-Mailing the signed and sealed postage paid purple return envelope via United States Postal Service; or
-Dropping the signed and sealed purple return envelope in the Official Ballot Drop Box available 24/7 in front of the office at 3027 N. Jefferson Rd; or
-Taking the ballot, in the return envelope, to their polling location on Election Day, Tuesday, May 5, 2026 while polls are open 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
To track if an absentee ballot application has been received, an absentee ballot has been mailed, or if an absentee ballot has been delivered back to the Clerk’s Office, visit the Michigan Voter Information Website at www.mi.gov/vote.
