The Custer County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of local law enforcement agencies has safely apprehened the wanted subject.

He is curently in law enforcment custody and transported to the Custer County Detention Facility. Custer County Sheriff Kelm will issue a statement at a later date and time.

PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY - CUSTER COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Residents in the Aye Addition are asked to please lock your doors and remain indoors temporarily, as there will be a high law-enforcement presence in the area.
The Custer County Sheriff's Office is currently searching for a white male, approximately 34 years old, 5'7", 170 lbs., with brown hair, blue eyes, and a neck tattoo. The individual is believed to be armed and dangerous.

If you see this individual, do not approach or attempt to make contact. Please call 911 immediately and provide your location and any information you can safely provide.

Please remain alert and follow instructions from law enforcement.

Thank you to everyone that attended our Senior Resource Fair on Wednesday!!

We are thankful for the 17 resource vendors who provided valuable information to our senior citizens.

We would like to give a special shout out to First Interstate Bank and its staff for spending their Volunteer Day with us and providing very relevant education all afternoon and for providing refreshments that were enjoyed by all who attended.
