Chef, not cook.

A title of a chapter in Well Moments, but so much more than that. Our cafe inside Shechem is named after these beautiful girl’s mama. Their mama had a dream of a place within Shechem that would bring people together around food.

Kids and young adults are being fed in this space. Fed with snacks, but also love, hope and opportunity. I know Sabrina is looking down, and proud of what the space has become, and how her dream has come to fruition.

We hold her memory close, and cherish every opportunity we get to share her story, and Coleman Cafe.
