Minnewaukan Public School will not be bringing students to Devils Lake for the homecoming parade this year. If parents and guardians would like to take their child to the parade, they are welcome to do so. The parade will be on Friday, September 4th, at 1:30pm.

REMINDER: Tomorrow, August 26th, 2026 , there is an early out. Buses will be loading at 1:00PM!! Please note that early outs are the last Wednesday of EVERY MONTH!! Please have bus changes called in by 12:15.

Bus Transportation Reminder! Thank you all for your help and patience as we start the school year. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow we have two drivers gone. Kevin and Roger's routes have been off by a few minutes. We should be back to our regular schedule Thursday!

Please remember the following when it comes to bussing:
1. If your child is NOT riding, call the school. If no one answers leave a message. Someone is here at 6:45am.
2. The buses will wait for two minutes. Please be ready on time. Example: If your pickup time is 7:15am, the students should be ready at 7:15am and not putting on shoes, coats, etc.
3. If students do not ride three days in a row and you have not called the school, we will not stop until you notify us when they will be riding.

Students in grades prek-6 brought home important papers today. The pink papers preschoolers brought home must come back. All other papers are optional but may be of interest to you and your student.

Minnewaukan Public School will be hosting two SPARCS groups this year. Mrs. Wede is connecting with a counselor at Spirit Lake Beahvioral Health to facilate this group. We are so excited that this wonder oppertunity can be presented to our students. Students grades 7-12 can particiapte.
