It doesn’t get any clearer… Missoula’s spending is completely out of control. Now the mayor says he wants a 3.8% hike in taxes for pay raises. Already $63M over the inflation curve… already 39.9% above the inflation curve. got 🧠?

YOU'RE BEING ROBBED! A TIF is essentially a loan (outside of the budget (from a board you didn't elect)) for projects that you're paying for (with interest (for very long periods of time)). This is not budgeting... it's going around budgeting and is one of the many examples why the local government wants more and more and MORE of your money. Wonder how much that Reserve-street-pedestrian-bridge is costing you? Wonder why your kids aren't moving out of the house? Wonder why rent is out of control? Wonder why Montanans on fixed incomes are being taxed out of their homes? You shouldn't be wondering any longer if you're reading my page... NOW SHARE IT!

It’s BAD ENOUGH that democrats fund RINOs with max contributions from the MDP and out of state money (basically infiltrating the republican party) … now they’re running as independents!!! In order to take the republican party back, republicans must wake up and turnout at the primaries.

🚨PRESS RELEASE: A letter disseminated on July 16th by nine Democrat attorneys has asked the MT Democrat Party (MDP) to pressure their own candidate for Senate, Alani Bankhead, to back out of the race so that they can vote not to run anyone. The letter is desperate to paint this move as anything other than an explicit admission of the fact that in Montana, the Democrat label is, to quote Jon Tester: “poison.”

Does the MDP jettison its own publicly elected candidate to bend the knee to Seth Bodnar, a fully funded, deceitful elite candidate? Does the MDP surrender its own legitimacy as a political organization and not even compete?

The Democrat lawyers argue yes, because the MDP's First Amendment rights to freely associate support such a choice.

While the MTGOP fights to grow our party into a stronger, bottom-up organization that wins even more races, the MDP elite is hoping that the First Amendment will empower them to thwart how the majority voted.
