Youthnet’s programs serve children, youth, and families in Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish, Island and San Juan Counties. Additionally, Youthnet’s therapeutic foster care program serves school-age children, teens, and families in King, Pierce, Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson, and Gray’s Harbor Counties.
