Middle School Assistant Coach - Volleyball
Victory Charter School is taking applications for a middle school assistant volleyball coach for the 2026 season that begins in August and runs through the first week of October. In addition to typical coaching duties, the assistant coach will model to players positive attitude and effort; carry out safe and effective practices that emphasize team unity while developing students’ fundamentals and skills; and support the tenets of the Harbor School Method, the method upon which the school was founded, so that the activities of the middle school volleyball team are consistent with the players’ academic experience. The pay is $800-$1,000 depending on experience and head coach’s needs.
Upon hire, if he or she hasn’t already, the assistant must complete the following: Background check, CPR training, concussion protocol training, and possibly the Fundamentals of Coaching course. The athletic director will provide the information needed to complete these requirements.
