Iowa FASE classrooms are learning about Community Helpers in September!

Mrs. Frazier’s class made “french fries” and then loaned Mrs. Plummer’s class their french fry making supplies to make some of our own.

They were pleasantly surprised when they got to eat real fries when they were done! What a fun way for these students to end a busy week!

🦅💚We are delighted to announce the inaugural STUDENTS OF THE WEEK for the 2026-2027 academic year!

📚Our tradition of presenting each student with a book alongside their certificate is a cherished one. Although our book vending machine experienced technical difficulties this morning, our flexibility and resourcefulness prevailed 😆 🙌

👬👭We take particular pleasure in recognizing siblings who receive this honor simultaneously, and this week, we have the pleasure of acknowledging two sets of siblings who were the student of the week for their classrooms!

This is a friendly reminder that the St. Luke’s Mobile Clinic will be visiting our school this week. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to access a variety of important healthcare services without leaving the school grounds.

What we offer:

Wellness Visits: For students not currently established with a primary care provider or medical home. These patients may be new to the area or have not accessed the medical system due to personal or financial barriers.
Sport Physicals: Expedite sport clearance for athletes.
Behavioral Health: Support for ADHD, anxiety, depression, frequent stomach aches/pain, learning or development concerns.

Immunization Catch-up: Ensure all students are protected against preventable diseases.

School Avoidance: Offer resources and support for students struggling with attendance due to health problems.

Tonight was our first annual Special Olympics Athlete Dinner!⚽🏈⚾🏀🎾🎳

It was a wonderful time with our athletes, their buddies and representatives from Special Olympics Idaho ! Thank you to our amazing Iowa leaders who put so much heart and work into making this program not only happen but be successful (we're looking at you Mrs. Frazier, Mrs. Jen and Mrs. Knutson 👀)!

The dinner was made by Nampa School District CTE students and everyone left with full bellies and warm hearts! 🍝🥗. Thank you!
