🚒 ⛑️ NEW PARTNERSHIP ⛑️ 🚒

Needham Community Fire Department is proud to announce our new partnership with ProTeam Wellness to provide individual mental health services for our members.

One of the core values of our department is taking care of our people. We ask our firefighters to be ready to serve the community every day, and maintaining their physical and mental well-being is just as important as maintaining the equipment they use.

Through this partnership, our members have access to professional, confidential support for issues such as stress, burnout, sleep problems, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other challenges that can come with the job and everyday life.

Investing in the health and well-being of our firefighters is an investment in the future of our department and the community we serve.

At 1353 today, Needham Fire Department was dispatched to the 4000 block of 575 N on a report of a barn fire. Upon arrival, crews found a fully involved building fire extending into the attic of the residence next to the building. Thanks to an aggressive attack, fire crews controlled the fire inside the attic of the residence, saving the home and most of it's contents. Thanks to our mutual aid partners who provided both manpower and water via a tanker shuttle. It's great to have partnerships that work as well together as the department's in Johnson and Shelby counties:
