🚨 📣 Friends, family, members, and guests we absolutely hate to do this but due to unforeseen circumstances we have to close the pool early today- Saturday at 6 PM (instead of 7). We are terribly sorry for this and thank you for your understanding!

Hope to see everyone again tomorrow- Sunday for normal business hours 2 pm to 7 pm.

POOL ANNOUNCEMENTS: First, we are now officially in our post-summer break season, which means we’re only open for open swim on Saturdays & Sundays. Today we are open 2-6 pm, but we are typically open 2-7 pm Saturday & Sunday through Labor Day. We HOPE to open on the weekends through October, but that’s dependent on our lifeguards’ availability. Keep checking our page for updates!

Second, for those unaware, the City of Needville announced that they have upgraded and made improvements to the city’s water distribution system. The city also warned that we may notice a discoloration of the water, and it’s expected to last approximately 2 weeks. We are, indeed, experiencing said water discoloration in abundance at the pool as of this morning when our lifeguards turned the water on to replenish normal evaporation. The water is completely safe l, just unsightly. We turned it off for now and will refill the water during our closed hours to maintain visibility of the pool water. We’ll be working hard to rectify the discoloration during the week while we’re closed, but we definitely wanted to keep our patrons up to date on this current situation. ❤️

📣 Calling all ADULTS who are ready to take their health into their own hands!💙

We will be hosting adult swim for members AND non members ($5) every Monday & Wednesday morning starting Monday 8/17 until….well it gets too cold 😜

Narwhals Founder & Swim Coach Allison Carter will be onsite (after dropping kids off at respective schools) to open the pool, provide equipment if desired, give swimming tips, and more for anyone who would like to utilize the pool for their fitness goals.

👣 There will be areas to walk to get those low impact steps in.
🏊‍♂️ There will be a few lanes set up for anyone who wants to swim laps.
^^She will even have kick boards, hand paddles and more that you can use (she can guide if needed) for goals you have set for yourself!

Allison has been swimming since she was a child and coaches the Narwhals, but she is also a Registered Nurse. So, health is a passion of hers!

Drop a 💙 if you hope to see Allison starting next week at adult swim!

WE’RE BACK IN BUSINESS!! ANNNNNNND….WE’RE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 12-7 PM EACH DAY THIS WEEK (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) since it’s our last full week open!!! Open our normal 2-7 pm Friday, Saturday, & Sunday to allow for scheduled parties before & after open swim. We just opened today at 1 pm, so come out & swim with us to beat the heat & enjoy summer break before school starts next week!!! Also, we still have some availability open for pool parties! Message us to book yours today before the season ends for 2026!

UPDATE: WE’RE OPEN!!! ANNNNNND WE’RE OPEN 12-7 PM EACH DAY THIS WEEK STARTING TONIGHT (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) SINCE THIS IS OUR LAST FULL WEEK OPEN! Also, we still have some availability open for pool parties! Message us to book yours today before the season ends for 2026!

Well, that’s not supposed to do that 🫠 It wouldn’t be a 70+ year-old historical pool without issues. Last night, one of our hoses/pipes on our filtration system broke and started spewing water everywhere. We’ve had to turn off our filter/pump to stop the water until it gets repaired HOPEFULLY later today! At best, we anticipate a delayed opening, but it’s possible we may not be able to open today. Keep checking our page for further updates! We hope to open the doors to y’all soon! 🌞
