🌱👨‍🌾 From Harvest to Market — Tasty Tuesdays favorite Theo’s Harvest posted this incredible behind-the-scenes video detailing the process of harvesting produce and taking it to market. This (along with a lot of planning and hard work) is how fresh, locally grown food makes its way from the farm to your table!

Theo’s Harvest is a one acre vegetable farm located right here in New Port Richey. It is owned and operated by Tanner Johnson, who, when he's not busy growing produce, leads Walk & Talk tours of his farm and teaches classes at the Library on Eating Local Produce. Learn more at theosharvest.com.

🎃👻📚 Kickstart your Halloween with our Spooky Season reading challenge!

Read your way through the season, complete fun activities, and fill out a Halloween-themed bingo card to complete the challenge. Everyone who gets a BINGO will receive a prize, and those who complete the entire card will be entered for a chance to win a pair of tickets for a ghost tour in Downtown Tarpon Springs!

The challenge runs through October 31. For adults ages 18+. You can sign up by downloading the Beanstack app or visiting nprlibrary.beanstack.org.

📖👣 Are you ready for another StoryWalk® adventure?!

This time, we're featuring Serafina Makes Waves, written by Matthew Burgess and illustrated by Robin Rosenthal. The story follows a cat who absolutely hates water and wants nothing to do with swimming lessons. But when her beloved stuffed bunny falls into the pool, Serafina takes the plunge to rescue it and discovers that trying something new can lead to unexpected joy.
