Property Appraiser Mike Wells was honored to join his longtime friend Dr. Rao Musunuru, renowned cardiologist and local philanthropist, as he accepted a resolution from the Board of County Commissioners Tuesday honoring his son, cardiologist and geneticist Dr. Kiran Musunuru. Dr. Kiran Musunuru was named to the prestigious 2026 Time 100 Health List that honors the 100 most influential people in global health, with Dr. Musunuru recognized as a pioneer in lifesaving, customized gene therapy. Dr. Rao Musunuru has called Pasco County his home since 1981.

1️⃣ Do not RENT your home for more than 30 days in two consecutive years.
2️⃣ BUY or SELL your home? You’ll need to reapply!
3️⃣ Claim homestead ELSEWHERE? Your homestead must be your permanent residence. You cannot have a residency-based exemption in another state also!
4️⃣Don't change your residency qualifiers! An out-of-state Driver's License or Voter ID can disqualify you!
