The mission of Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS) NY is to help New York City’s most vulnerable residents remain with their pets by delivering critical programs and services through a community of partners and volunteers. Looking for someone to adopt sweet Casper!

Unfortunately, due to declining health, one of our Housecall participants has made the difficult decision to re-home their beloved companion. While this was not an easy choice, the PAWS NY team is grateful the guardian was able to advocate for the safety and long-term well-being of both themself and their pet.

If you're looking for a velcro dog who will repay every belly rub with unconditional love, Casper just might be your guy. After everything he's been through, he's more than ready to give his whole heart to someone who'll do the same. 🤍

Foster Needed! Linda is a 13 year old female intact Rat Terrier mix weighing approximately 15 lbs. She is a sweet, gentle girl who has fully embraced cozy senior living. She loves lounging in her bed, taking nice strolls in the park, and likes other dogs!

Linda is hard of hearing and relies on diapers and p*e pads as part of her potty routine. She thrives on consistency and would do best with someone who works from home or is around frequently. She cannot live with cats.
