We have a lot of opportunities for the community to shower staff with appreciation. Please help us by sharing these out to local churches, businesses or families that you think may want to adopt our staff. Let’s go! Nothing but the best at North Middle!

Iredell-Statesville Schools is thrilled to announce that Mr. Nicholas McNeely of North Iredell Middle School has been named our 2026–2027 NCCAT Beginning Teacher of the Year!

Mr. McNeely's dedication, passion for teaching, and commitment to student success have earned him this outstanding recognition! He will now advance to the state level, proudly representing Iredell-Statesville Schools in the NCCAT Beginning Teacher of the Year process!

6th grade was excited to participate in Iredell-Statesville Schools Careers on Wheels, hosted by our CTE department on Friday. Here, they were able to investigate and learn about many businesses and career opportunities available right here in Iredell County.

💤 Be a Dreamer – October 22nd: Wear Pajamas
Dream big! On this day, we encourage students to wear their favorite pajamas as we celebrate being a dreamer and thinking about the future we want for ourselves. Being a dreamer means setting goals, believing in yourself, and making healthy and positive choices that help you reach those goals. As part of our Red Ribbon Week activities, we want to remind students that healthy choices today can help create a healthy and successful future tomorrow.

Red Ribbon Day promotes making healthy, positive, and safe choices. It encourages students to understand the importance of taking care of their bodies and minds, making good decisions, and staying drug-free. Wearing red is a way to show our commitment to healthy choices and a healthy future.

Congratulations to our Lady Bears on a hard fought 2nd place finish in the conference tournament. It was a point for point battle until the end of the 3rd set. We are not only proud of these girls for their play on the court but their character off the court as well. Way to represent North Iredell ladies!

Incredible turn out to support these ladies! Best community ever! Let’s head up to support our big sister on Saturday at 2pm! Let’s go Raiders!

NOVEMBER 4! Parents! This one is for you! We know you loathe early release day pickup…we do too. So, we’ve got your kids taken care of until normal pickup time!

*we DO need parent volunteers- be on the lookout for parent square signups from Ms. Sells!

Unity Day is a day to stand together against bullying and show that we are united in creating a school where everyone feels included, accepted, and supported. Wearing orange is a simple way for our students to show that kindness and inclusion matter and that we stand together against bullying.
