Azalea Park PTA Bringing together families and educators in a fun way to encourage & support our students learning. Do not post photos of other children.

Our goal is to share information and tips, update the community on events and programs, and showcase the achievements of students, teachers, parents, and other community members. Community Rules

• We encourage you to ask questions and share information. We request that you keep discussions focused directly concerning our school community.

• We encourage posts that highlight our community’s acco

mplishments and constructively raise issues for discussion.

• When posting, please use appropriate language. Children can see our page.

• If you choose, you can post photos of your children at school events. If you have any questions about posting a particular photo, please check with the page administrator.

• Do not post about concerns, problems, or conflicts with individual teachers, administrators, students, or parents. We will immediately delete posts that in any way put down or discriminate against individuals.

• Online threats will be taken seriously, and proper authorities will be immediately notified.

• Do not post information commonly understood as confidential, such as student grades.

• Any inflammatory statements that make allegations against individuals or organizations will be deleted.

• Keep in mind what you post is public information (or, if this pertains to a Facebook group, state that it is public to all members of the group).

• Any advertising for businesses is not allowed, unless previously approved by the PTA Board Members.

• Do not publish content as your own that has been created by others.

• Add any additional elements that pertain to your specific school community. The PTA board and PTA Facebook administrators reserve the right to delete comments and block users who are not following the rules stated above.

🧷 Need diapers? Who doesn't? The Central Florida Diaper Bank is hitting the road to help families across Central Florida!

Stop by one of their FREE Mobile Diaper Distribution events TODAY August 3 (plus addtl. dates), from 9:00–10:30 AM (multiple locations). Families with children ages 0–3 can receive diapers (while supplies last), plus nutrition resources and connections to other helpful community services.

💙 Registration is on-site from 9:00–10:30 AM. Arrive early!

We are honored to be recognized as a PTA School of Excellence for 2025-2027!! 🥳 This national designation recognizes our PTA and school as an example of how strong, effective family-school partnerships enrich the educational experience and overall well-being for all students, which is more important than ever. Thank you to our school community for helping us earn this award! ❤️

🎉 Florida PTA Continues to Lead the Nation in Family Engagement!

We are thrilled to celebrate that 38 Florida PTAs and PTSAs have been designated as 2025–2027 National PTA Schools of Excellence. After ranking third nationally last cycle, Florida has moved up to a tie for second in the nation and now represents nearly 12% of all Schools of Excellence recognized this cycle.

Nationally, 321 PTAs and PTSAs earned the 2025–2027 designation, bringing the total number of National PTA Schools of Excellence to 3,148 since the program began in 2014. This recognition honors schools and PTAs that have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to building strong family-school partnerships that support every child’s success.

We congratulate each of our Florida designees and thank the dedicated volunteers, families, educators, administrators, and students who made this achievement possible. Your work is strengthening school communities and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
