"My dad came home from a car show to a wet floor in the kitchen. Something in the refrigerator had malfunctioned, and the refrigerator not only died, but it destroyed the floor in their kitchen. I went to buy a phone cord at the AT&T store and when the clerk checked me out, she mentioned my monthly plan with AT&T was old, and that I could get the same plan for $30/month less.

I said, “Great, go ahead and change it.”

But driving home, I thought to myself - how many months have I been paying $30 more than I needed to?

When I called Customer Service, I discovered it had been over a year since I never knew about this better option.

So I asked if they would please refund me $30 x 12 months.

The representative told me she could give me one month rebate as a courtesy.

When I said, “No thank you. Just give me the address of your legal department so I can contact my attorney”, she said, “Oh in that case, hold on, let me talk to my supervisor.”

She came back on the line and offered me three months rebate.

I said, “No thank you”, and called my $39 per month law firm and had my attorney write a letter to AT&T at no cost to me.

Not long afterwards, I received a $360 credit to my phone bill.

Nothing better than having a Law Firm in your back pocket!

Have you ever driven through a yellow light and hoped it wouldn’t turn red? I did in Delaware. And I got a ticket. IT WAS YELLOW! But it’s my word against the cop.
So what did I do? I said nothing. Took the ticket. Then I uploaded a picture of the ticket through my LegalShield app to my law firm in MD. They got me a traffic law attorney in DE who went to court for me. This is what I got after the court date… my disposition paper showing “nolle prosequi”! No points or fine. I will never be without my LegalShield membership. I use it for so many things and it makes life better.

“I wanted to share my experience with LegalShield as a Landlord. I recommend that all owners of rentals protect themselves and their assets through LegalShield for this reason. The tenants I had in a property caused a serious sewage backup under the house they were renting. It involved hazmat and DEQ. None of their belongings were damaged, but they threw their furniture out anyway and then went to a lawyer to sue me for damages of $24,000.00. I referred this immediately to the team at LegalShield. An attorney who was experienced in real estate rental matters reviewed the lease agreement and wrote one letter to that tenant’s lawyer. The tenants decided not to pursue their case. This was at no cost to me. Yes, I carry all the insurances for rentals, but none of it would have covered this. I am grateful for the help LegalShield gave me in this instance and for the peace of mind that it gives me every other day.”
