At the 72nd Annual Heroes Awards, the 100 Club honored first responders who exemplify what it means to serve and protect.

Congratulations to Officer Juan A. Cruz, who was named 2026 Officer of the Year by the 100 Club. His tireless work stopped a serious threat before lives were lost—an example of what it truly means to answer the call.

In all seriousness, we’re here keeping things safe while families celebrate some big accomplishments. If you hear “last call” over the mic, don’t worry—it’s not for diplomas, it’s probably just Officer Trevino asking where the nearest coffee is. ☕😂
