Pelham Park Middle School recently held it's 6th grade orientation and COMPACT's own Callie Flores from Pelham PD was there to meet and greet students as they embark on their middle school journey!

Now that school is back in session our communities will start seeing our officers in the classrooms giving presentations on dangerous substances, internet safety, and mental wellness.

WOWZA! Can you believe these 2026 Camp Journey numbers?
269 campers (up from 151 last summer!),
114 presentations given,
6 camps held in Alabaster, Chelsea, Helena, Oak Mountain, Pelham and Vestavia!

Our COMPACT team put on an amazing camp experience! Campers got a first hand look at law enforcement and investigations, developed communication and teamwork skills, and made so many new friends. Combined with school tours and locker practice we know these campers are going to rock 6th grade!

We welcome all our new followers (many of you are camper parents). COMPACT is here for you as a resource as you begin to help your child navigate the middle and high school years. Our officers go into the schools (as well as homeschool groups, scout groups, etc) and give presentations on dangerous substances, internet and digital device safety, and youth mental wellness. We also give a parent version of these same presentations!
