TRAFFIC COLLISION WITH EXTRICATION - RPT @ 3:43PM. Terwilliger Road / Ramsey Road in Anza. Firefighters are on-scene of a solo vehicle rollover with a patient trapped. An air ambulance has been requested. County of Riverside - Government

[UPDATE 06/23/26 8:45AM]: Firefighters remained on-scene overnight continuing mop-up efforts in heavy vegetation. The fire is now 80% contained, and fire personnel remain on-scene strengthening containment lines.‪

[UPDATE 8:45PM]: The fire is 84 acres and 60% contained, and fire personnel remain on-scene working on mop-up operations. Three firefighters have suffered minor injuries and were transported to local hospitals for continued treatment. Firefighters will remain on-scene throughout the night strengthening containment lines. This will be the final update of the evening unless significant changes occur. ‬

[UPDATE 3:55PM]: The fire is approximately 20 acres, and fire personnel are making good progress. Two water-dropping helicopters are overhead. Firefighters will remain on-scene for several hours working on containment.

VEGETATION FIRE - rpt @ 12:42PM. In the river bottom south of Limonite Avenue / Troth Street in City of Jurupa Valley. Firefighters are on-scene of approximately three acres burning at a slow rate of spread in heavy fuels. Additional air and ground resources requested. Assistance from City of Riverside Fire Department.

[FINAL UPDATE 06/23/26 07:45AM‪]: The fire was 100% contained at midnight to 89 acres.

[UPDATE 8:40PM]: The fire remains 89 acres and is 75% contained. Firefighters will remain on-scene for another four hours continuing mop-up. This will be the final update of the evening unless significant fire activity occurs. ‬

[UPDATE 2:20 p.m.]: The fire is now 65% contained, and the forward rate of spread has been stopped. Firefighters will remain committed for several hours continuing mop-up. One firefighter suffered a minor injury and was transported to an area hospital for further treatment.

[UPDATE 1:00 p.m.] The fire has been mapped at 89 acres and is 0% contained. There are no evacuation orders or warnings.

[UPDATE 12:35 p.m.] The fire is 15 acres and 0% contained.

Vegetation Fire: rpt @ 10:50 a.m. at the 36000 block of Cherry Valley Boulevard in Cherry Valley. Four to six acres of vegetation burning at a moderate rate. Multiple ground resources and aircraft assigned. No injuries or evacuations. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. Residential Structure Fire: rpt @ 7:19 a.m. 29000 Block of Merrell Avenue in Nuevo. Light smoke from a double wide mobile home. Firefighters contained the fire at 8:10 a.m. Two people have been displaced and animal control was requested to assist with several displaced cats. All 36 passengers safely evacuated from the bus and are being evaluated by paramedics as a precaution.
