We also support parents and caregivers with tools to strengthen communication and have meaningful conversations at home. ❤️

*** THIS WAS A REALLY GOOD DAY ***

Arizona Governor, Katie Hobbs signed into law Arizona HB2800. Thank you Governor Hobbs for your unwavering commitment to the safety of the citizens of and visitors to Arizona. Special thank you to Arizona State Representative, Kevin Volk (District 17) for your tireless advocacy to get this across the finish line.

HB2800 legislation strengthens the state's ignition interlock ("breathalyzer") laws. Specifically, it enhances accountability and increases penalties (up to a Class 6 felony) for knowingly lending a motor vehicle to someone with restricted driving privileges if that vehicle is not equipped with a certified ignition interlock device.

The most recent HB2800 originated from a tragic drunk-driving crash that killed former Arizona State Senate candidate John McLean.
