Public meeting concerning the local and state hazard mitigation plan updates. Any and everyone is welcome to attend and voice concerns over natural hazards in our area.

Pontotoc County is now included in these burn bans. NO OUTDOOR burning is allowed under the ban. This covers fire pits also. Contained gas and charcoal grills are allowed.

Crews will begin repair work on Friendship Road tomorrow morning, July 30th. Expect slower traffic and delays. Please use alternate routes if at all possible.

🚨 IMPORTANT | Disaster Survivor Assistance (DSA) Center Opens Monday in Pontotoc County.

If you experienced damage from the January 23–27 winter ice storm (DR-4899-MS), a FEMA/MEMA/SBA Disaster Survivor Assistance Center opens Monday, May 4th, at 8AM right here in Pontotoc County. This center is for all communities affected, including the City of Pontotoc.👇
