Dear Parents/Guardians,

It is time for our school district’s 🏫 Annual Information Renewal (AIR) process for the 2026-27 school year! Please complete this process before Thursday, August 1st ☀️, for each student🎒in your family, to ensure their information is current and that they are enrolled properly for the 2026-27 school year.

Why complete this process?
Ensure family emergency contact information is current and up to date
Ensure Students are enrolled properly or if needed, request school-specific enrollment for the 2026-27 school year
Electronically review and sign parent information agreements
EBT Summer Meal Cards (SUN Bucks) will be mailed to addresses this summer ☀️, BUT only if you complete the Universal Benefits Application (UBA) and return it to your school site
Save a trip to the school🏫 and upload your residency documents online
How do I get started?

Step 2: Families can access the Annual Information Review by clicking on the link in the ‘Notifications’ message on the bottom right-hand corner OR from the Student Info tab on the dropdown menu.

7 Breakfasts & 7 Lunches per child per week
Program runs from June 8 to August 5, 2026
Eligibility:
-Children must be under 18 years old
-Children must be enrolled at a school in the Mountain Empire Unified School District

How to Apply:
Fill out a paper form at your child's school
