Commander Mark came to teach drawing to the students in the summer program!!! Many of their parents and grandparents remember being told to DRAW! DRAW! DRAW! on public tv years ago. What a privilege! Thank you Mark Kistler for coming to visit.

Vista Graduation! As many of our 8th graders walked down the steps and on to the field, they were no doubt thinking about all the hard work that's gotten them this far . . . and the big step into high school next year. At the end of May, the district's 5th graders "Invaded" Vista Preparatory Academy. Transitioning from elementary to middle school is a big step. Having a chance to visit the school and see some of the available activities . . . in a light hearted context, can make things easier. A huge thanks to all the staff and students who showed so much hospitality to our visitors!
