Learn to appreciate and savor precious moments with love ones intently, enjoying and connecting to nature, dancing to music, living actively, and trying to challenge yourself. Run to sunsets, or rainbows, and feel them deeply inside when you experience them.
May has been Mental Health Awareness Month to discover ways to nurture yourself. We hope you are proactively exploring daily mind/body self-care to help regulate your nervous system and emotions. Learning about your 8th sense, Interoception, talked about in Episode 3, can be very helpful to connect deeper to your sense of self. "You don't need to be perfect, yet you need to be present."
