Our last week of Summer reading starts on Monday! We have enjoyed having you at the library this summer and hope you can make it to some of these final events of the summer!

Monday August 31st:
Drop In Tech Help- 9-11am, Main Reading Room, Adult Program
Summer Reading Wrap Up Party- 4-6pm, Front Lawn, Adult & Teen Program
Ukulele Circle- 6:30-8pm, Auditorium, All Ages (10+)

Tuesday September 1st:
Homeschool Teen Book Club: Powerless- 11am-12pm, Auditorium, Teen Program
Back-to-School Bash- 5-6pm, Children's Room, Children's Program

Wednesday September 2nd:
Lemonade on the Lawn- 10:30-11am & 5:30-6pm, Front Lawn, Children's Program

Thursday September 3rd:
Makerspace Open Hours- 5-7pm, Makerspace, Adult Program

Friday September 4th:
LAST DAY to log your summer reading! Be sure to hand in any physical logs by 5:30pm at the library. Any digital logging can be completed until 11:59pm.

Join us on Monday August 31 from 4-6pm on the front library lawn for our Summer Reading Wrap Up Party! Teens and adults are invited to come enjoy some sweet treats while discussing their favorite parts of summer reading 📚✨

Registration is not required. This program is intended for teens and adults who participated in this year's summer reading program.

Children & their grown ups are invited to join us for a celebration of Back-to-School at this fun program on September 1st from 5-6pm! We will decorate supplies, make buttons for backpacks, read back-to-school stories & more!

Accommodation requests can be communicated to our children's librarian Ms. Emily at [email protected] or 315-336-4570. We strive to create reasonable accommodations for all who are interested in attending library programs.

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver aged 12+ who will remain at the library for the entirety of the child's time at the library. Children under the age of 6 must have a caregiver in immediate proximity. Library staff cannot provide childcare.

These yaffles are baffled that you’re still waffling about snaffling up tickets for the library’s summer basket raffle!

Now until August 31st, you can purchase tickets for a chance to win any of 20 wonderful baskets curated by our library staff(le). Each basket is valued at more than $100!

This event for tomorrow August 25 is cancelled.

Children are invited to join us on the library lawn on Tuesday August 25th from 5-6pm to paint their own dinosaur egg (rock) to take home! We will also create a paper version of the dinosaur that we think is in the fossilized "egg"!

Summer Reading is ending soon!
Make sure to finish logging your reading by the end of the day on September 4th! Prizes for all programs, including raffle tickets, must be picked up by the end of business on September 11th.
Only raffle prizes will be available to claim after September 11th. Raffle winners will be contacted in the week of September 14th-18th.
