These drills aren't just about building speed and cardiovascular endurance, they're about building the mental toughness, discipline, and grit required for the job. They will also help with catching suspects that attempt to flee as well 🚨

CTC I-26 started the morning on the grind. The Physical Training Unit led the cadets through a savage circuit training session to kick off the day.
