September Book Nook Contest- Begins today!

Pick up a free book nook kit at North Branch beginning 9/1.
We provide the box; you provide the imagination and decorations! You have until 10/3 to decorate it and bring it back to North Branch. There are no theme guidelines. Use your imagination!

Winners will displayed 10/10 - 10/31. After that, you may take yours home.

This event is free for all ages, while supplies last.

Pick up a classic story or hit shuffle and discover something new. Find your perfect rhythm at your library’s book clubs, movie selections, crafting classes, author talks, and more.

In the mood for headphones and focus? Settle into a study room or find your favorite cozy nook. Ready to create something new? Build your skills in the STEAM Central makerspace, and explore instruments, tools, and more through the library of all the stuff and things. Kids, tweens, teens, and adults—there’s something for everyone at the library! But you’ll need a library card first, so come get one!

If you are raising a child under three years old, consider joining us for this five-week long caregiver workshop.

We'll meet every Tuesday morning this month and visit about child development while we play in the Story Room. Bring yourself, your babe, and your questions for our Community Resource Pros.

Registration required. Free, as always.

Supported by the Family Place Library grant, this social program is held in our Story Room for families of children 3-36 months old and offers an hour each week of community education with a childhood-ed professional.
