In Texas, justice should treat every person with fairness, dignity, and respect.
That means judges who understand hard work, value professionalism, and believe the law should protect everyday people — not just the powerful.
Meet Judge Antonia “Toni” Arteaga, candidate for the 4th Court of Appeals, Place 1.
Raised in a hardworking West Texas family of migrant workers and a proud first-generation college graduate, Judge Arteaga understands what it means to work hard, overcome obstacles, and earn every opportunity.
In 2008, she made history as the first woman elected to the 57th District Court in Bexar County. Today, with nearly 20 years of judicial experience, she remains the courthouse’s longest-serving civil district judge — bringing fairness, professionalism, and respect to every case.
Because behind every courtroom decision is a real family, a real struggle, and a real future.
Texas families deserve judges who look like the community they serve, uphold the Constitution, treat people fairly, and lead with integrity, professionalism, and trust.
