💙 A Week of Celebrating Our Amazing DSPs! 💙

What a wonderful DSP Appreciation Week at CA Carelink! This week was all about recognizing the incredible people who show up every day with compassion, patience, dedication, and heart for the individuals we support.

We wanted to make each day a little extra special:

☕🍩 Day 1 – Coffee & Donuts
We kicked off the week with a personal touch! Our Admin Team personally delivered coffee and donuts to our DSPs at their homes and workplaces to surprise them and start the week with a heartfelt THANK YOU! It was our way of bringing the appreciation directly to them, wherever they were.

🎟️🎁 Day 2 – Raffle Day
Prizes, surprises, and lots of fun! We loved seeing the excitement and giving our DSPs a chance to win some special prizes.

🍦 Day 3 – Ice Cream Social
A chance to enjoy some ice cream, relax, talk, laugh, and mingle. It was wonderful having time to connect and enjoy each other’s company outside of our usual routines.

🎉🎟️ Day 4 – Fun Raffle
Another day of prizes, surprises, and fun—because our DSPs deserved more reasons to celebrate!

🍕🎂🎁 Day 5 – Pizza Party & Celebration
We wrapped up the week with a pizza party celebrating our entire DSP team and our September birthdays, and gave out our special DSP Appreciation gifts as a token of our gratitude.

To our DSPs, THANK YOU! 💙

The work you do goes far beyond providing support. Every day, you help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with greater independence, dignity, choice, and connection.

We are grateful not only for your dedication, but also for the teamwork, friendships, and camaraderie we have built together. That sense of connection is what makes our CA Carelink family so special.

DSP Appreciation Week may be over, but our appreciation for you continues every single day.

Earlier this year, we launched CA Carelink SDP to support individuals and families participating in California’s Self-Determination Program, giving them greater choice, flexibility, and control over services that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferred way of life.

We also strengthened our commitment to our hardworking employees by expanding our benefits to include multiple health plan options, dental, vision, and life insurance.

I am extremely thankful for our dedicated team and for the individuals and families who continue to place their trust in us. Your support allows the purpose behind CA Carelink to continue growing and making a meaningful difference.

Yesterday, CA Carelink Support Services proudly celebrated 2 years of providing quality, person-centered support services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Over the past two years, we have remained committed to our I.C.A.R.E. values — Integrity, Compassion, Adaptability, Respect, and Empowerment — while making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

We are incredibly grateful to our clients, families, support staff, and community partners for being part of this journey. Here’s to many more years of growth, inclusion, and empowering lives together. 💙✨
