Move to Amend Santa Clara County Working towards a 28th Amendment declaring Corporations are NOT people and money is not speech

Santa Clarta County Move to Amend spearheaded the effort in Northern California to successfully pass Proposition 59 in November 2016 that requires our state representatives to use all their powers to pass the 28th Amendment that will establish permanently that corporations are not people and that money is not speech.
