For many children who have experienced foster care, photographs are more than pictures. They're proof that someone cared, that they belonged, and that they were loved.

That's why every child who attends Royal Family KIDS Camp receives a Memory Book filled with photos from their week at camp. For some, it's the first photo album they've ever owned.

Years later, many former campers still treasure these books. They return to them as reminders of friendships, laughter, encouragement, and the people who made them feel seen.

Because moments matter. 💜

What may seem like a simple photo album becomes something much more: a tangible reminder that their story matters and that they matter.

Camp season is here, and across the country and around the world, Royal Family KIDS Camp programs are already beginning to welcome children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and relational trauma.

For five unforgettable days, these children will experience safety, joy, belonging, and the unconditional love of caring adults. Every game, conversation, and shared moment has the potential to make a lasting impact.

As camp season unfolds, we invite you to join us in prayer:

"Lord, we pray for our volunteers. As they care for our campers, guide them to the moments that matter, and let Your light shine through them.

In Maryland, there are 3,605 children in foster care—including 1,154 children between the ages of 6–12.

Behind these numbers are real stories.
9% of children in care are in group homes, highlighting the complexities in each community.

Through 2 For The Children chapters, 38 children were served in 2025—reaching about 3% of children ages 6–12 in care.

But the opportunity is even greater.

There are 3,355 churches in Maryland.
If each one stepped in to serve just one child, nearly three times the need could be met.

Because the need is great—but so is the potential.

Every number represents a child who deserves to feel safe, valued, and loved.
And every moment of connection has the power to change a life.

Through 3 For The Children chapters, 118 children were served in 2025—reaching about 3% of children ages 6–12 in care.

But the opportunity is even greater.

There are 8,995 churches in North Carolina.
If each one stepped in to serve just one child, more than twice the need could be met.

Because the need is great—but so is the potential.
