Need a little time to slow down? 💛🐴
Join us this Thursday at noon for Restorative Yoga in the Pasture.
Unlike more active styles of yoga, restorative yoga uses gentle, fully supported poses that are held for longer periods of time, inviting the body to relax and unwind. It's a wonderful practice for reducing stress, improving flexibility, and creating space for rest and renewal.
Bring a mat and any props you have (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.), or simply come as you are—we have props available to borrow.
