Boston’s Wounded Vet Run will take place on Sunday May 17th. Saugus residents and drivers should expect traffic delays between approx. 12:30 pm through 1:30 pm. The streets directly affected are Lincoln Ave, Central St., and Main St.

This Military Appreciation Month, we recognize the strength, sacrifice and commitment of the men and women who defend our nation every day. Their service protects freedom at home and abroad.

The Annual Saugus Memorial Day Parade will soon be here.
The Saugus Veterans Council is asking our residents to reply with the names of any Deceased Veterans, with their Branch of Service and a Photo of them so we can display them on the media truck to honor their service to our country. Please reply below! Thank you!

Twenty years ago today, Cpl Scott Procopio was killed in action in Iraq. Today his name lives on at the Cpl Scott J Procopio/Capt Wiilliam G Shoemaker Saugus American Legion post 210. Semper fi, Cpl!
