Mallory has set a new Standard for Farm to Table in our region. Every single week the menu at LUNCH changes based on what local growers have available. Literally every Monday we get a text that says “what do you have?” We let Mallory know and then the response is ALWAYS “I’ll take it!”. This is the kind of meaningful relationship that is rebuilding community right here in real time. This is the kind of commitment it takes to take responsibility for our own lives and move the needle in a positive direction for all of us. We have so much gratitude and admiration for .sewanee and all the amazing work that .latesummer and her team have put into creating something truly special. If you haven’t already, you need to make plans to go to LUNCH and just as a bonus there is some of the best hiking in the region just minutes away. Totally worth traveling from anywhere to experience this.
