CT WiZ is Connecticut’s secure web-based Immunization Information System (IIS). CT WiZ is a HIPPA compliant program that keeps record of all immunizations given to residents of CT. This platform enables individuals to access their immunization histories at any time. CT WiZ meets national standard requirements for effective tracking and administration of immunizations in a public health setting.
